Our mission

The depth of added value is decreasing. OEMs source up to 80% of their components from global supply chains. Almost all suppliers work for the major manufacturers in their industry. We no longer speak of a supply chain, but of a supplier network with all its layers (from tier 1 to tier n). In this network, only components and materials that successfully pass the approval and certification process can be used in production.

material.one simplifies and accelerates processes for manufacturers, suppliers and laboratories. Relevant data is digital and therefore available to anyone, anytime, anywhere and with just a few clicks. We offer the supply chain completely new opportunities for collaboration. The verification planning takes place directly on the CAD model, supported by the information stored by the designer. Prefabricated, digital verification plans are generated based on general industry standards and specific manufacturer requirements.

Subcontractors can be easily integrated into the process at any time. Tasks are transferred directly via the platform. All requirements are available for processing immediately after commissioning and recorded data can be transmitted to the client in real time. Laboratory tests can be conveniently ordered and managed via the platform. The system also supports the selection of a suitable test laboratory and ensures communication and transmission of the digital test plan.
